How does a subscription work?
Subscriptions will automatically renew according to your selected delivery interval and products will be automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.
For example, if you have taken out a monthly subscription, the amount will be automatically debited from your credit card every month and the products will be delivered to your home every month, without you having to order them yourself!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The only time the subscription cannot be canceled is if you have started a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.
The customer portal is accessible via the magic link you received in the email you received when you placed your first order for a subscription in the store. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
When will I receive my package?
We ship the test packages with PostNL. They normally arrive within 2-3 days.
